We are searching for an energetic and committed Recruiter with a focus on global recruitment and additional HR functions to join our team!
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fuel our growth and success!
Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from creating job descriptions to making offers;
Sourcing candidates through various platforms (job boards, social networks, databases, professional communities, etc);
Participating in developing the search strategy and defining the best sources of search including the target countries and company’s positions;
Working closely with hiring managers: determining the candidate profile, providing them regular updates on the search progress, consulting;
Create a positive candidate experience;
Managing the candidate database and keeping the information in the HRIS accurate and up-to-date;
Providing regular updates on search progress and recruitment metrics as needed;
Participating in internal HR processes and initiatives (around 15% of the time).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, as a plus;
2+ years of experience in international full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment;
Full proficiency in both Russian and English;
Proficiency with different sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc);
Hands-on knowledge of recruitment analytics;
Ability to think strategically, with a data-driven approach to decision-making;
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship building;
Passion and understanding of technology as well as the crypto industry.
